Collection of general information when visiting our website

Type and purpose of processing:

When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically recorded. These log files contain the visitor's IP address, the privacy level selected by the visitor, the date and time of storage and the domain.
The logging and archiving of consent (opt-in) is part of the legal accountability obligations. For this reason, the opt-in solution writes a LOG file user_privacy_settings.log. We do not use your data to draw conclusions about your person. The logged information is not statistically analysed by us.

Storage duration:

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of collection, but at the latest after 12 months.

Contact Form

Type and purpose of processing:

The data you enter will be stored for the purpose of personalised communication with you. This requires providing a valid e-mail address and your name. This is used to allocate the enquiry and subsequently answer it. The provision of further data is optional.

Legal basis:

The data entered in the contact form is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
By providing the contact form, we would like to make it easy for you to contact us. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for possible follow-up questions.

If you contact us to request a quote, the data entered in the contact form will be processed to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Recipient:

The recipients of the data are ABI GmbH and, if necessary, processors.

Storage duration:

Data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the enquiry has been processed.
If there is a contractual relationship, we are subject to the statutory retention periods according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) and delete your data after these periods have expired.

The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, we can only process your enquiry if you provide us with your name, e-mail address and the reason for the enquiry.

Contact Form for Application

Information on data protection regarding our processing of applicant data in accordance with Art. 13, 14 and 21 of the GDPR.

Type and purpose of processing:

We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), insofar as this is necessary for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG for the purposes of the employment relationship, if this is necessary for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship.

Furthermore, we may process your personal data if this is necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR) or for the defence or assertion of legal claims. If there is an employment relationship between you and us, we may, in accordance with Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG, further process the personal data already received from you for the purposes of the employment relationship, insofar as this is necessary for the performance or termination of the employment relationship or for the exercise or fulfilment of the rights and obligations of the representation of employees' interests arising from a law, an employment contract, a works or service agreement.

The recipient of the data is ABI GmbH. We only pass on your personal data within our company to those areas and persons who need this data to fulfil contractual and legal obligations or to implement our legitimate interest.

Storage duration:

We store your personal data for as long as this is necessary for the decision on your application. Your personal data or application documents will be deleted no later than seven months after the end of the application process (from the announcement of the rejection decision), unless longer storage is legally required or permitted. We only store your personal data beyond this if this is required by law or in a specific case for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims for the duration of a legal dispute.

If the application procedure is followed by an employment, training or internship relationship, your data will, if necessary and permissible, initially continue to be stored and then transferred to the personnel file.
